Each day of the Power Walkshop includes guided group introspection, inspiring conversations and solo time for reflection. Tanya facilitates the experience offering you the opportunity to reflect on you aspects of their mind, body and nature around them to unlock their purpose.
The journey challenges you physically with the walk (approx 18km Day 1 & 14 km Day 2), but also mentally and spiritually through the transformative lessons. These lessons are carefully designed to peel back layers of self-doubt, clarify purpose, and realign you with your authentic self.
Tanya and her team take care of the logistics, including transporting bags between accommodations and providing healthy meals. You are free to focus on your inner journey without the distractions of everyday life.

You will need to be more than a couch potato but not athletic fit. Somewhere in between will be fine. You'll walk at your own pace. The itinerary factored in an average walking pace of 4km per hour. This is an average walking pace where you can enjoy the walk but not push yourself. It would be advised to do some longer walks leading up to the event.
Sydney in April experiences mild autumn weather, with temperatures between 15°C to 25°C, lower humidity, and occasional showers. Rainfall averages 9 to 10 days, but the cooler, crisp air makes it great for outdoor activities.
We will walk rain, hail or shine. The PowerWalkshop is here to teach you about yourself, and if our journey is to have rain, we will dance. If sunshine is what your soul needs, that’s what the Walkshop will provide.
